Flat Shipping on Combined Orders

All items are made to order and will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Most orders will ship in 3-5 business days.
Roller color may vary based on material availability.
Some products take longer to produce than others and can affect lead time. If this is the case, you will be notified by the email.
Returns & exchanges not accepted.
Orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). Please let us know if special arrangements need to be made for shipping by contacting us.

US orders:
There is a $5.00 flat fee for shipping to anywhere within the US. 
USPS delivery time is 1-5 days. A tracking number will be provided.

Canadian orders:
There is a $20.00 flat fee for shipping to anywhere within Canada. 
USPS delivery time is 5-20 days. A tracking number will be provided.

International orders:
It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure all VAT and/or Import fees are paid to be able to receive their package. Ron’s Pottery Tools is not responsible for any additional charges incurred on international orders. Unpaid VAT/Import fees will cause your order to be returned. If there is no communication or a course of action in place to rectify the problem, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges incurred and a 10% handling and restocking fee.

USPS overseas delivery time is 20-30+ days. A tracking number will be provided.
